  A:They are both a little similar, they have the same graphics card, the same MB ram, but the first one is a little faster. The first one wins just because of the 2.3ghz. It also depends what you want the computer but they are both are really similar. If you want it for games, go for the first one.

So is this thing worth it? Also, do i need to get additional warrenties?

  A:I would probably say it's worth it, glad you have an extra graphic card and power supply. You also have a nice processor too. If you want to get an extra warranty you can, it's your choice.
