Q: how do i install a 15 inch flip-down monitor in my vehicle?
i know that on some of the smaller ones that they use a back plate behind the overhead liner of the car and sandwich them together so the liner is supporting the weight of the unit, but the 15 inch monitor i have is fairly heavy and i don't know if the liner alone is enough support.A:

Q: Why would it take a monitor 15 minutes to turn on?
If anybody has any ideas as to what could cause an LCD monitor to start up very slowly please help. I have no clue.A:Is it your monitor, or is it your system. If your system is slow, then the monitor will not display anything. Try leaving your system up, with power management off, then after an hour or so and the monitor has cooled down turn it on. If it comes up slowly, then you have a duff monitor. If it come up quickly then try the opposite. Leave your monitor on and power down the system. Leave it to cool down for an hour, then turn it back on. If the image comes up slowly then there is something amiss with the system, if it comes up quickly then something weird is happening!
