A:Publix is much better. You may pay a bit more, but it is cleaner and the service is top notch. You can always find someone to answer your questions and they do it with a smile. Their bakery is awesome!!!! I had Publix cater my entire wedding reception and they did an outstanding job!!

A:The selling of expired cookies is actually the vendors fault. The store does not and is not required to check expiration dates on all of their products, only products that they package there such as meat or food from the bakery or the deli. The vendor is supposed to come in periodically and check expiration dates and check packages for damage and if they find it then they are supposed to replace it. If you want to sue someone then go after the vendor but like the first person said to take someone to court is going to cost you a lot more than what you paid for the cookies. The best thing for you to do is call the customer service number on the package and let them know what has happened, then go back to the store with your receipt and get a refund and let the manager know where at in the store you found them. A:There are still some Winn Dixie stores, but only in the southeast. I consulted their website, and their stores are only in Florida and parts of Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. With so many companies being absorbed by larger (and sometime foreign) conglomerates, Winn Dixie's area has shrunk, but they seem to have a loyal customer base in their area. www.winn-dixie.com for more info

A:Put $7.00 per hr..... I believe min.wag is $6.00 and changes...but Publix will usually start you out at $7.00 an hour...

A:I believe it is a service that they subscribe too but I agree with the first answerer, It is Satan. Every wear you go you hear music, why is that? I don't want it in my head everywhere I go. Who knows they may be playing subliminal messages telling you to spend all your money.
