A:A real hearty congrats to you and your son. My advice, kind of the way we did it at my wedding and it really felt perfect, is to pick a couple songs that make you think of your son, maybe something from the past that you find touching or a song that reminds you of him in a coming of age sort of a way and figure out which ones sticks the best. You could go with one of the standards, but when you can work in the sentiment, even if that lands you at one of the standards, I at least found it can really be nice. For what it's worth we used In My Life by the Beatles which felt really nice.

A:The Mother of the Bride and the Groom do not normally have a spotlight dance. You don't won't to bore your guests with too many dances they have to stand and watch- why not just have him ask her to dance at some point in the night?
