100% Q: How to map multi-location road trip?

I need to map out directions for multiple destinations. I know about map quest...where you have one starting point and one destination.... But do you know of a site where I can plug in multiple destinations and get driving directions wich will take me from one starting point with a logically mapped out trip which will take me to each of my destinations, with the least amount of back tracking and mileage? A:Try www.yahoomaps.com. They let you "Add another location" and it's very simple. I'm sure Mapquest will let you do it, too, but I just went to both sites to see which was easiest, and I couldn't figure it out at Mapquest. Yahoo was easy. Have fun on your road trip.

100% Q: how do I map a trip using only transcanada highwy?

yahoo maps map my trip form kelowna bc to kingston on through the USA. wish to stay on transcanada highway only.

A:use google earth it is very presice on giving the exact hwy's and you probably can not use hwy 1 all the way so your best bet would be to print off the route you would be most comfortable driving with their help........and i am sorry to inform you but hence the word Trans Canada.......for canada only..........lmao

100% Q: How could I map out a trip with multiple mulitple stops?

I need to visit a huge list of locations in Janesville, WI. There are approximately 40 locations I need to visit, and would like to enter addresses into a map system that can tell me what order would make sense to go in and how to get to each location. (I am unfamiliar with the area) I think mapquest will let me enter multiple stops, but will list it in the order that I enter the locations, not in the order that would make most sense travelwise.

A:I know Google Maps will let you create your own map if you've got a Google ID. You could mark all the 40 locations on your map and it might be pretty obvious which order to visit them in. If the locations are all or mostly the same type of business, you could use the search to get them on the map for you. If you're a member of AAA, you could ask them to do a TripTik for you.

100% Q: When you go on a road trip do you follow a map, or just follow the signs?

I drove up to Washington DC last week from Raleigh, and I had my mapquest route with me just in case, but I didn't need it and I just followed the Interstate signs all the way, and it got me there. Has that ever worked for you?

A:It doesn't always work that easily..actually, more often than not road signs are misleading. I would always take the map just in case ;)
