You have to go DIRECTLY to the company you are interested in franchising. Or check with Dept of Trade & Industry (not sure of the exact bureau) if they have a list of available Philippine franchises and how much.

A:i'd go with food. filipinos love to eat. you'll notice that when friends go out, the first thing they'd ask is: "san tayo kakain" or where shall we eat? i'd go with creating your own brand. a franchise usually costs lots. given that they have already made a name and that makes it easier to market. however, they take a good portion of your profits for that privilege. you really can't find a business totally devoid of risk. the only thing you can do is to minimize your risk by doing a good project study prior to entering ANY business venture. that being said, be market driven. if you give what your maket wants, you have happy customers. and happy customers means more business. good luck!
