A:Yes. You will need to download the freeware programs "BitPim" and "Audacity". Use Audacity to cut or clip your .mp3 file to a length less than 20 secs. You only need to use a 20 sec clip because your voicemail will answer it. In other words, you don't need the whole "song". After you clip the song be sure to go to the [File] menu and export it in a ".wav" file. The "BitPim" program allows you to add musical ringtones, transfer TXT messages to your computer, save your contacts in your address book, transfer pictures from computer to phone, transfer all your phone numbers to a new phone, etc. It is a very powerful program, so read the instructions for the program before using. If you mess with the wrong file in the phone, it could cause your phone to stop working completely.
