100% Q: Samsung SGH-A707 Sync Cell Phone -- How do I take an mp3 I like and make it my ringtone?

I have already cropped the mp3 on my pc, and then moved it to my cell phone w/the USB, but it refuses to appear in my ringtones folder on the phone. It stays in audio, as if it is just a song I downloaded to listen to on my phone. I think I need to somehow change the file type? A:It has to be under 300mb. Doesn't need to be in your ringtone folder though. Go to Settings Select #1 (Profiles) Highlight the profile you want to assign (for example, normal) Click on the top left button (should say 'options') Select #2 (Edit) Scroll down to 'Voice Call Ringtone' Select #1 (Change) Go to the folder where the snippet is (for example 'music') Highlight the song Click on the top left button (Should say 'options') Select #2 (Select) There you have it!
