100% Q: Why does my Samsung Beat cell phone power off on its own?

I have had two Samsung Beat cell phones through t-mobile. For no reason at all, the first cell phone started to power off on its own, usually mid conversation. I called t-mobile and they sent me a new Samsung Beat. It worked fine for about two weeks then it started to power off too! (By the way, the battery is fully charged.) Has anyone had or heard of this problem with this particular model? Thanks.

A:it's a common problem, there is a "glitch" in the firmware, the phone can be flashed if you have the software to do it, but you'll need to hunt around online for both the flashing program and the updated firmware

100% Q: Samsung cell phone/text message problem. HELLLLLLPPPPP?

I have a samsung t509 cell phone. all of a sudden, last night I am unable to get into my inbox to get my text messages. When I try, my phone shuts off and restarts. Any idea on what could have happened? I can go to my sent box, out box and drafts. I can even send texts, just cannot get into my inbox. A:Sounds like there is a message in there that is crashing the OS in the phone. It could even be a virus! Do a hard reset or master clear on your phone (under security usually) and that should delete all messages in your inbox, including the one that is making your phone crash.
