A:Don't. If they are not asking for a writing sample they are not using it as a point of evaluation. Crowding a hiring manager or recruiter's desk with unnecessary paper is a great way to get your resume thrown in the "no" pile. Include in your resume that you have writing samples you would be happy to forward at their request. Don't just assume that even though they didn't ask for one you should probably send one anyway.
