online grocery shopping

A:My local store used to offer on-line shopping. I used it at the busiest times of the year (holidays). The selection wasn't as good as going to the store & someitmes the produce wasn't 100%. However, it was very conveinent. I loved being able to shop in the middle of the night, get my groceries delivered at 4:00 in the morning & not having to fight crowds. If there was a local on-line grocery store, I would use it at least once a month.

A:personally, i find it joyous and relaxing going to the store. i love picking out each food for my family knowing it was picked from me, however if my schedule totally did not permit me to go and we needed groceries like super bad, then yea i would do it online. unless its meat or veggies/fruit...i would rather do that on my own...buti dont see the bad in online shopping...hey its convenient

A:I don't shop on line but my son does. His problem was also with asda. He did his christmas food shop on line got a delivery slot for the 24th, but they never showed up. They phoned to say they were so busy that they couldn't deliver that day but would deliver on the 27th december. He had to rush out and do his shopping in store otherwise they wouldn't have had a christmas dinner.
