100% Q: CTS 2008...even GM's 800 number can't give a straight answer?

I went to MBZ website to get info on performance of C300 Sport...we'll nothing on lateral acceleration, top speed, drag Cd, except for 0-60 times... I called GM's number for info on the new CTS, as in what is the top-end of this car(I am not buying ANY new car that can't outrun my 1992 300CE, which blows through 130MPH), and they said they would have to get back to me... Don't you love these 800-number today...people with nothing beyond a scripted answer?

A:Yeah! Most likely someone higher up will be calling back to you (be prepared for a sales pitch). I'd go along and get a free test drive and any goodies like a keychain, cd or polo with the logo. Have fun.

A:Lexus LS is leaps beyond ANYTHING coming out of Germany or the US. The only advantage the Germans have is driving pleasure, status, and performance. The CTS is trash, and not worth mentioning! The LS offers insane amenities, aw inspiring luxury, unsurpassed reliability, state of the arc technology, and decent performance while balancing comfort. I only wish Infiniti could make their flagship model (Q45) as well balanced as the Lexus LS.

100% Q: Any chance XM and Sirius merge within the next few months?

I just bought a new 2008 GM car and it has XM in it. I hate it after having Sirius for 3 years now. Before I go buy a plug and play system, is it worth holding out and waiting to see if the merge goes thru? Thanks!
