The Naturally Aspirated I6 got Variable Valve Technology with Intelligence (VVT-i), which lead to an increase of 5 bhp and 10 lb-ft over the year before. The Twin Turbo I6 remained unchanged. The 5-speed manual transmission was dropped, even though the 6-speed manual was still available only on the Twin Turbo. Therefore, the base model was only available with an automatic. Faced with declining sales for Japanese super cars, this would be the last year that the Supra would be sold in the U.S. Production: 1,232 Engines: 3.0 I6 225 bhp @ 6000 rpm, 220 lb-ft @ 4000 rpm. 3.0 I6 Turbo 320 bhp Inline 6 but there are a few concept vehicles out there.. but nothing to put your money on.

A:Yeah its supposed to come out sometime in '07 as an '08 model. I'm pretty sure its going to be a V-8 engine (no twin-turbo V-6 option) and will probably sell for $60k+

A:get the BMW 4-seat convertible --it's the best for a cool ride and you can haul alot of groceries as well as 3 babes3 and i know the size is well worth the switch from the Roadster-M to the I-C 318 standard convertible------test drive the two and you see what you like------the pimper of a 94 T>S> is not the best idea cause what you end up with is just thaT A 94 T Supra....good driving and HAPPY NEW YEAR

A:The Supra was discontinued for the same reason any car is -not enough demand to make it profitable. The Supra was quickly becoming a very expensive car for it's class when it was discontinued (to the tune of $40,000), much the same way the RX-7 was when it was cancelled. Toyota has not released any official plans for a new Supra - meaning any chance of seeing it next year is nil. If they started planning for a new Supra today, it would probably be model year 2009 or 2010 before it was in showrooms, although they could possibly rush it using an existing platform, like the one for the Lexus IS series, which they ARE planning a high-performance version of, but the use of the name 'Supra' for that car is in doubt.
