I am looking for a Motorola Cell phone that has camera and 2 way talk on it that is not real expensive. I just want a cell phone, no plan. With camera and 2 way talk that is reasonable, but not expensive. Has to be a Motorola cause I have Boost plan

I want a video phone that I can use to take video of my kids. I recently had a phone that made people look as if they were underwater, the contrast was blown out, and the frame rate was awful. I want my next phone to have much better video quality. Apparently Nokia and Motorola phones will work fine with my service provider (T-Mobile), and I am wondering which of the models from these manufacturers create the best quality video?

what software do I need to download my ring tones to my Motorola v325 cell phone? I have the driver +usb cable but not clear how I can access the cell phone. I also have "motorola phone tools v4" and can access the phone, but not all the setting like the ringer.

I am a Verizon customer and the only way I have found to get ring tones for my cell phone is to buy(rent) them from Verizon. I am sure there must be another way, I just don't know it. I bought a motorola phone kit cd that is suppose to make it possible to make ring tones. But ofcourse is the set up when I stated the carrier and phone model, it blocked me from this function. Do you know a way around this? I have a micro-sd card for the phone.
