In other words find the ratio between 2 things Hopefully you'll see what I mean in a sec. 1. So we know that 70 US dollars is 200 NZ dollars. To help solve the problem, you can find what one US dollar is worth in NZ by dividing 200 by 70 (because $70US=$200NZ) This tells us that 1 US dollar equals 2.857 NZ dollars. Since we have $750US, just multiply this by 2.857 to get your answer, which is $2142.857NZ 2. For this, you need to find how many cars are made in one hour. Since we know 37 cars are made in 8 hours, divide 37 by 8 to get 4.625. 4.625 cars are made every hour, so multiply this by 15 to see how many are made in 15 hours. The answer is 69.375 3. Again, find how much fuel is used in 1km. You can tell 100 km uses 9.7 liters, so divide 9.7 by 100 to see how many liters 1km uses. This number is .097. A:I used a cheat sheet and got caught. It worked for most of the quarter until the teacher caught me. Luckily I asked the teacher if he would just give me a zero on the test and not report it to the office and he agreed. I had to work after in the class just trying to get a B. Fortunately my hard work and not cheat sheet got me the B. Don't cheat.
