A:Sorry, I hate the Yankmees. But, as an LA fan, I would love to face the Yankmees in any round. We've had your number for years. Honestly, I'd rather not face the Sox right now. They match up to well to us. But, odds are, we'll have to beat both of you before we get to beat the Mets. But hey, the fact that both NY teams lose is a bonus!

A:i doubt it. john lackey does absolutely horrible in fenway park (1-5 career with a 7.00+ ERA) his last start against them gave him a 13.50 era. escobar is 6-7 vs the sox, with a 4.64 era, and weaver is 0-2 with a 4.70 era and a 12.46 era in his last start against them. on the other hand becket is 2-0 against the angels with a 2.16 era and 22 strikeouts in those 2 games. schilling is 6-2 with a 3.67 ERA against the angels. dice-k has never had a start against the angels, but throughout his career he has always done well in elimination round play (the japanesse high school league-their equivalent to our march madness in basketball, the world baseball classic, and japanesse league championships) schilling and beckett are both proven to be quality postseason pitchers. throw in an injured vlad, leaving his spectacular arm out of the series and they're losing a great defensive weapon to go along with their history of not pitching well against the sox. the red sox lineup has been getting hot, and hitting the ball really well over the past few games. a lineup with ortiz, ramirez, lowell and drew batting 3-6 can be very dangerous if they are all hot, which at the moment they are. throw in good on base guys like pedroia and youkillis and they have the potential to be scoring alot of runs, especially against a pitching staff that doesn't perform well against them. the angels will simply need to outscore them to win. i know thats what you need to do to win every game, but this isn't a matter of scoring 1 or 2 runs, ill be very suprised if the angels win a game where they score less than 5.

A:that's tough to say but what i do know is having vlad guerrero on your team always makes that chance much much higher. obviously. that guy can flat out hit. i expect to see them in poster season though yes.
