And then take it from there. However it is unlikley if your last period was in January you would "look" pregnant after just a few short weeks. The uterus would still be down in the pelvis. Don't cut corners.

A:you might be better off calling a nurse line. Many hospitals offer this. I would encourage you to go to your doctor though; whatever you need to talk about i'm sure he/she can handle, privacy should not be a concern.
