It may not be software, but it could be something helpful. When I worked with 4th grade, I made up some of their math drills. It just worked better for me in my class. Also, there are the books "what every 10 year old should know" (and other ages too) that have a lot of that skill and drill work. Try Mardell's Stores--that's where teachers get a lot of their stuff.
