F1 in Schools is an international competition for school children (aged 11â€“18), in which groups of 3 - 6 children have to design and manufacture a miniature "car" out of balsa wood using CAD/CAM design tools. The cars are powered by CO2 cartridges and are attached to a track by a thin wire. They are timed from the moment they are launched to when they pass the finish line by a computer. 100% Q: Why can't Nascar step up it's game and race in the rain?

I mean, come on. I pay good money for a race. You mean to tell me that they can't put some tread on the tires and race in the rain? F1 races in the rain, Champ Car races in the rain. The big three manufactures build cars that can be driven in the rain. I think that if you are a real good driver as Nascar claims to be, you should be able to race in the rain too. They do enough testing and Firestone, a division of bridgestone, make rain tires for other series. So what is up Nascar?

A:its because they really haven't deve;oped a raim tire that works good at the tracks .other than the road courses and then they would have to make the carswith the capability if using wipers at a high speed
