ok, so i have 5 girls, one is 15, one is 13, one is 11, one is 9, and one is 3. Dose anyone have any fun activity ideas that all of them can enjoy together and learn to help out?

A:I don't have any children yet, but if I did and they came home with Earth Day homework, I would give them each a match to burn it. I would also make a point to talk to the teacher and the school district about trying to indoctrinate my kids with enviromentalist propaganda.

Anyone else think it's funny that Lights Out is from 8-9 & that's when the Kids Choice Awards are? Wierd coincidence? Hahaha. So what exactly is Lights Out? Like, no electricity, no anything? Sucks for the people at Nickelodeon. Hahaha xD

A:No, it's for Canada as well. The purpose of the Earth Hour is to turn off the UNNECCESARY items during that hour, meaning you should plug out the microwave, vcr, turn off computer. Even though they are off, they still consume electricity. Having said that, you can still watch TV, but as long as you turn off the rest of the unnecessary items while you might watch TV. It's really not that complicated. O and remember to PARTICIPATE PEOPLE!! It's just one hour but you can make a lifetime change amongst others. Earth Hour is on March 29th, 8-9 P.M. (at night)

100% Q: Anyone else feel like kicking off sandals & going barefoot in the park to get in the spirit of Earth Day?

Earth Day is today - 4/22/2008. I took off from work and plan on spending the day outdoors in the park doing activities with my wife & kids. We plan on getting into the spirit of things by kicking off our shoes and feeling the earth under our feet. Why don't you & your family/friends do the same?

A:Here its pouring down rain so I probably will go barefoot and wade in the puddles.
