i'm trying to download songs onto my mp3 player but i don't want to download lime wire or anything like that. i tried dogpile but there aren't any descent files.

A:You do not want limewire. Is there a reason for it. Did you computer get infected with viruses and you blame Limewiree for it.? That is the easy way out. Limewire can not infect your pc. because it does not have any viruses. What it does have is fake ( dummy ) files. Fake files are not songs but viruses. When you do a search for music, you always see a lot of those very small files. Your common sense must tell you, that those files are much too small for a song and therefor it is very likely that those small files are the fake files.. Start downloading files larger than 2500/3000kb and avoid those fake files. Because nothing is completely safe, make sure that your anti virus is up to date. Just try out limewire again now you know what files you can or cannot download.
