100% Q: Can you recommend a great doctor in the Lynnwood, WA area?

I'm new to the area and need to find a General Practice and also a Pain Management doc. If possible, please don't attach just a link to a "Doctor Directory", as they VERY often won't give you a number or any information unless you pay for it. 100% Q: What's the best way to find a local primary care doctor with more of an "alternative medicine" leading?

I've got Blue Cross coverage, and I can't tell from their directory of doctors who would be more likely to have an alternative medicine leaning (in other words, if there's a problem, the first answer isn't just a pharmeseutical one, but might involve nutrition/natural remedies.) Any thoughts of how to find a doctor like this? Thanks!

A:Good luck with that! I have been unable to find such a person. Educate yourself. The internet is a great tool and find people to help you with advice. Personally, I have a number of books to refer to in addition to the internet, plus I see a chiropractor reguarly and a massage therapist. I also have different friends who know a lot about food and nutrition and natural remedies and healing. I consider my GP one of many resources when it comes to my health and well being.

100% Q: Is there a directory online where patients can rate their doctors in the US?

I need help finding a good local physician. I don't like some of the ones listed on my Health Insurance provider's website. Unfortunately there is no info on how good a doctor they are.. I had to find out this by visiting them. There must be some kind of patients' site where we can rate doctors we know of and our experiences with them.. Anyone know where I can get this kind of info?
