Disneyland Guest Relations is a department of The Disneyland Resort created to address concerns or problems and to provide park information to visiting guests or guests planning a trip. In addition they also conduct tours of the park to the general public as well as a variety of VIP's, including visiting celebrities and dignitaries. Also included in the department is the Resort's Lost and Found. The department on average employ's approximately 80 to 100 Cast Members, Team Leads (supervisors), and management. Cast Members are easily identifiable throughout the Resort by their infamous Plaid costumes and are often referred to as 'The Plaids'. 100% Q: Where can I find minute by minute itineraries of Walt Disney World?
I heard there is a website where you can make a very very detailed itinerary for your trip at Disney World. If anyone knows a website like this it would be so helpful!
A:I would try Disney world website. Try this website it has all the information about all the parks. and I believe you can make a detailed itinerary there. just copy and paste. This is the best site. http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/index?bhfv=2&bhfx=9.0%20%20r45&bhqt=1&bhqx=7.0.3&bhsp=3193647&bhrf=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2Fsearch%3Fq%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fdisneyworld.disney.go.com%26ie%3Dutf-8%26oe%3Dutf-8%26aq%3Dt%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial%26client%3Dfirefox-a&bhqs=1

100% Q: First Disney Vacation - Can anyone help with some good tips to make an itinerary?
We have finalized our first Disney World (orlando) vacation for 6 days / 7 nights. We are 2 families with 5 adults and 3 kids (Boys 12 and 5 and a Girl 7). We will be staying at Saratoga Springs Resort inside Disney world. We have a Park Hopper pass. We would like suggestions from people who have visited on the following: 1. 100% Must see places / things / events at Disney. 2. Best way to utlize the time on a daily basis. 3. Tips to save money on dining (We have not purchased the dining plan) 4. How to spend the time after the park is closed in the evening. 5. Any other suggestions to make the trip, a good one to remember.
A:Hi! Congratualtions that you are going to Walt Disney World it will be a Great and Memorable Experiance for Everyone!! 1. At Disney World there are 4 parks : Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, and Animal Kingdom. Now these are my list for The Must Sees of Each Park. Magic Kindgom: Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Moutain Railroad, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Haunted mansion, All of the rides in FantasyLand, Space Mountain, Buzz Ligtyear's Space Ranger Spin, and the Laugh Floor Comedy Club. And Fireworks show: Wishes Epcot: Universe of Energy, Honey, I shrunk the Audience, Living with the land, Test Track, Soarin' (really don't miss Soarin' or u will regret it later), Turtle Talk with Crush (Everybody going on the trip will love this attarction), and most of the World Showcase. For the kids they have a cool activity where they can learn about all differnt cultures while experiencing World Showcase! Fireworks: Illuminations: Reflections of the Earth MGM Studios: The Twilight Zone - Tower of Terror, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, The Great Movie Ride, Star Tours, and Muppet Vision 3-D (sounds corny but really cool) Shows: You need to see Beauty and the Beast- Live on Stage the girl will love this show- Trust me Fire Works: Fantasmic! You also need to see this fire works show, Everybody in your party will love it. It is full of magic and u can't miss it! U have to promise me.. I am just joking but, Really don't miss it ok? Animal Kingdom: Dinosaur, Kali River Rapids, Kilimanjaro Safaris (You get to see real animals, everybody will love it), It's Tough to be a Bug!, Expedition Everest (seriousaly if u miss this you will be missing out on the BEST roller coaster ever) Shows: Finding Nemo- The Musical (The girl and little boy will love this but not really the older boy, so may be u guys could split up) Another Show: Festival of the Lion King 2. The only trick my family uses is to use Fast Pass! It is a machine outside rides where u put your park ticket in and gives a slip of paper back. It gives u a time to come back and then put u in a seperate line to get to the ride faster. Another way to utilize time to not wait in the long lines try back later! 3. There really is no way to save money on dining if u don't have the Dining plan except to just bring snacks in the park. For example my family brings granola bars, gold fish, and other snacky foods in the park with us. Then we don't have to buy the $5.00 popcorn. Also, if u have snacks with u like in a back pack then when u are waiting in lines, you can take them out and eat them while waiting. 4. Since u guys are staying on Disney Property ( It means your hotel is on Disney Property) you have the option to use Extra Magic Hours. These are simply just extra hours before or after park closing for people staying on Disney Owned Property. So you can go on rides that may be you didn't get to go on earlier. This is a really good feature to use after the park closes!! Or you guys could go to Downtown Disney and do some shopping for souveniors, play games at DisneyQuest, or go get something to eat at some of the amazing dining places. 5. Use Fast Pass and Extra Magic Hours, i can't stress that enough!! To get to and from the Parks you guys can use the Disney run buses, that is what my family uses and they work out great!! One last thing to make this trip memorable is to use Disney's Photo Pass. They are cast members with camaras that take pictures and scan them on a card. Then after your vacation you go on the computer with your card number and look at all the pictures. After that u can choose if u want to buy any.. but even if u don't want any pictures use it just in case. You never know if that Cinderella picture looked Fabulous? Ok Sorry so the one before this really wasn't the last suggestion but here it goes. I need you to read Birnbaum's Walt Disney World Guide. It will help with everything that you might not get. Please read it before your trip and Trust me It will be the Best Trip!! (oh, and don't be one of those people walking around with it in there hand, just read it beforehand and everything will be fine) And Don't forget there is always a cast member at Disney World, so if u have a question just ask them at the park.

100% Q: first time to disney world - how to plan daily itinerary?
my family is planning a WDW trip in May for a week. it will be me (22), my mom, my sister (18) and brothers (17 and 14). there looks like SO MUCH TO DO. how do you plan on a day-to-day basis, as in where to go each day? when to eat? when to go to the water parks? ive read the past questions on Disneyworld but no help. i want to know how you decide what to do on Day 1, day 2, etc. we would be overwhelmed if we just plopped down when we got there and just winged it. i should add, we are planning to go in may - that seems to be the time we can get cheapest flights down (from nyc). also we will be staying on site. also, we are going to get the DiningPlan. a couple questions: 1. do you have to make reservations for ALL meals or just dinner? 2. should we plan our itinerary around dinner then?
A:First thing is get up early. Don't worry after you do the parks all day you will be tired ! Also most people go in order -magic kingdom on monday, epcot tues, mgm weds and animal kingdom thurs so don't go to those parks on those days! It takes a good 30 minutes from the car to the entrance. Get to the entrance before it opens. If you are staying at a disney property then you get to go into one park a day an hour before it opens to the general public. AS for restaurants -call orlando area code(417?) then wdw-dine and you can do priority seating 90 days ahead for the restaurants. Our favorite was the sea restaurant at epcot. where you sit infront of the shark tank. We also liked cinderallas castle restaurant.(can't remember the name). Also don't do the character meals inside the parks -waste of time and money. Do the character breakfast at the grand floridian hotel on a day you are not going to the park Get tickets from AAA, if not a member join as you will save the membership just with the discount on the disney tickets. I bought 'Birnbaum's guide to disneyworld' at amazon.com. I read it cover to cover and did the parks the way he said and it was great. We love Discovery Cove and SeaWorld as a little less crazy. I would recommend Discovery Cove for your family group.

100% Q: What are the best sites in Disney World for a 4yr old?
My 4yr old daughter and I will be in Orlando for 6 days in September at Disney World and since it is just the two of us, I want to make sure the trip is geared to her. While there are a lot of things I would like to see, I am more concerned with her having a good time. What parks, rides, and things are best for a 4yr old?? I want to make sure to maximize our time so I am planning a daily itinerary and all the help I can get would be GREAT! PLEASE ONLY GIVE HONEST HELP, I DO NOT NEED SARCASM OR RUDE JOKES. THANKS! :)
A:First, get a stroller. The parks are simply too big for small children to walk thru the entire day. When she get's tired, around 11 am for most kids, you will end up carrying her everywhere and THAT will make everyone annoyed and upset. Magic Kingdom is best choice for small children. They have things everywhere she will love. Walk to the left, everyone else walks to the right. So you will see more. PS A small battery powered fan will help too. Kids like the fans when they get hot.
