What can you say about the scenery of DMIA during landing and take-off as compared to NAIA?

A:for one thing, it's impossible to see Pinatubo from the approach or the upwind of DMIA's parallel runways unless your plane is holding over somewhere west. it's too mountainous and that "volcano" you'll see is actually Mount Arayat. as for NAIA, it does look more beautiful at night when the lights at Taguig, Makati, and Manila can be seen.

While waiting for the airport to open, passengers ( locals and foreigners alike ) are being asked to queue outside the airport, under the scorching heat of the sun with no chairs and shade to cover their heads.
