cvs pharmacy

I'm 16 years old and a junior in the International Baccalaureate program (it is known for its incredibly rigorous curriculum). I applied to be a pharmacy technician online for CVS/Pharmacy and then went into the store I am hoping to be hired at and filled out the application again. As untrained and still in high school, are my chances of receiving the job slim? I read that CVS/Pharmacy is a company that provides room for growth; does that mean they are willing to hire fresh faces and train them from the start? What should I do next to promote my chances, if there is anything to do at all? Thanks!

They built a new CVS at a place I drive past a lot and while they built it they put up the sign that says "CVS/Pharmacy" but they put a white sheet over the "Pharmacy" part. The stupid thing is that they have a sign in front of the build site that says "Coming soon: CSV/Pharmacy". Now it's done and they're setting up the inside and it's still covered. What's so bad about the word "pharmacy"? Are they worried somebody might break the letters so it says "C / harm "? Or maybe they don't want Drug addicts breaking in to steal oxycontin while they set up so they cover up the pharmacy part to throw them off? Well that wont work because the construction sign says it. Well I guess logic doesn't apply to CVS anyways because they already had a store next to a Shaws Market nearly 1000 feet away.

How much money does the person who created the company CVS Pharmacy have?? like how much is he worth I mean like an estimate not actual

I'm currently a PTCB certified and Texas state certified pharmacy technician and have been so for a year. I've work at Wal-Mart pharmacy for over 2 years now. My current pay is $9.50 per hour. Our company does not allow overtime (we get reprimanded if we even go over a couple of minutes) and our district manager is insisting we cut our working hours while extending our pharmacy hours. They also want us to shorten our patient wait time which may be impossible if we can't have as many employees working at a time. Obviously I'm not too happy with the management and the way they do things. The only thing keeping me there is my other coworkers, they are like a family. So my question is, how does CVS treat their employees? What kind of management and benefits do they have? I know I most likely would start out at a minimum of $11 per hour at CVS but they stay open a little later than my current place. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
