100% Q: I was wrongfully accused of stealing merchandise and money from my place of employment (CVS Pharmacy)?

I was accused at CVS pharmacy(where I work) of stealing. I never stoled anything from CVS but how it appeared on camara raised questions and it felt very uncomportable and I still have to report to work under the circumstances. It was very embarassing and humiliating and I truthfully want to quit working with this company. David with Lost Preventions stated that I was seen putting merchandise in bags and walking out the store but the truth that I stated was that the bag seen on camara was my trash bag. In more detail: We (CVS) has a new ad that comes out every week and we have to place our ad signs in front of the merchandise that's on sale so it appeared on camara that I was taking merchandise off the shelf when I was placing ad signs on the shelf and discarding the trash into a plastic bag that is later thown away when completed. He later apologized and told me to finish my shift with my head up. Do I have any rights being an employee and being wrongfully accused?

A:You both were doing your jobs. Loss Prevention was adult enough to apologize. What more do you want? You need to grow up and get over it. I am sure you have never made a mistake in your life.

I am just in the process of writing an updated version of my CV so i can upload them to afew job websites. I was thinking about writing my CV out in this format. Does this sound good? 1. Contact Details (Name, D.O.B, Address, Email Add, Tel. No.) 2. A brief paragraph detailing my skills, separated by commas (e.g Obtaining customer sales, dealing with telephone enquiries etc) 3. Employment History from recent to older (Name, Address of Employer, Job Title, Job responsibilities) 4. Employment history (School name, dates attended, subjects studied and grades recieved) 5. A Summary of my skills i could bring to the potential role (with use of bulletpoints) Would you delete or add any additional info to the CV. What are your opinions to this proposed CV format? A:New legislation around age means that you no longer have to put your age or birthday details on your CV. I think you have a good layout planned - however - as a recruiter myself I will share with you some of my experience. Your CV is potentially one of tens or even hundreds depending on the job. When i sift thru CV's I'm looking to identify as much as i can which matches my sifting criteria. In other words - how can i tell quickly if this person has what I'm looking for. So - with that in mind, id be tempted to incorporate your skills into the intro section where you describe yourself. Whilst I'm interested in what skills you have I'm MUCH more interested in what you have done with those skills. So that first intro paragraph should be a snapshot of you and your achievements - your opportunity to sell yourself to me. Don't ramble of waffle on too much tho. 5 or 6 lines at most. Then list your skills and attributes. Then, when you do your work history - tell me what you were responsible for and very importantly, what you achieved. Use numbers, percentages etc to reinforce this. e.g. Used my extensive IT skills to produce a tracking system for invoices which saved the company Â£6,000 per quarter in factoring fees. 100% Q: How do I cover for missing years of employment on my CV?

I need Information on CVs. I am looking to go back into the job market at 37, and am feeling like a grounded ship. I am a bit concerned as the workplace seems to have changed within the last 3 years. Any info would be of use. I have taking my A+ certificate, and passed the hardware part. But am looking at a career in counselling. I am confused. I suffer depression and agorophobia, but am battling it

A:Just say you were in good financial shape at the time and spent time hiking and exercising or whatever you like to do, research etc. If they are interested in hiring you, it won't matter what you say unless you tell them you were in prison,...lol.
