The Blaster Learning System was originally created by Davidson, but is now owned by Knowledge Adventure. Originally the series simply taught mathematics, but eventually expanded to other subjects, such as language arts (reading) and science. Due to the popularity of the original Math Blaster series, Davidson introduced Reading Blaster in 1994, which also went on to become successful. A Science Blaster was introduced 1996, but did not reach the same popularity as its predecessors.....

I teach 6th grade--we've played Set (a great card game) but I'd like one more game to have up my sleeve. I heard there was a cool game called PIG but I don't know how it's played....Any ideas?

100% Q: Any good science/math books out there for 15 year old that is really cool?

i dont like reading long books. I need to find something that makes math a lil more interesting because I get like -3errors on tests and I know how to make corrections I just need a book that makes me flow. interested. lots of pictures Also, I would also read a lil story about science/math althogather, im 15 if any please. Anything like about video games, and also cool stuff, please help....its summer I have nothing to do right now..I have no friends...I never went to a libary before....

A:OK, I am an engineer with strong math and science skills and the plain fact of the matter is you can be good at Science and math or you can be cool. You have been infected with "the knack" which is an understanding of all things mechanical but an acute lack of dance skills. In high school I asked 34 girls to go to the prom with me and when I finally got one of the young ladies to agree, the school wouldn't let her dog come in with her. If you want to be considered cool, learn to do homework for the good looking girls, that way you can appear cool and get to introduce the hotties to the football team. I am very sorry, but your question indicates that unless you very quickly change your ways you are going to have to learn to live without being cool. (If it is any consolation, the cool ones will be working for you in a few years.)
