A:Aledo ISD is rated "Exemplary". However, I can tell you from personal experience that they teach the tests, not actual subject matter. I don't know if you are looking for a special ed program, but if you are, avoid Aledo ISD. I moved to Texas having already taken my SATs. When my Aledo High School counselor informed me that I would have to take the high school exit exam (though not the TASP, the exam that would allow me to receive college credit in high school), the counselor informed me that I would not possibly be able to pass the test as I had not studied for it (despite thriving in many accelerated classes) and I would not be able to graduate. I missed one question on the test. I do not know much about Azle ISD, but I do know a few people who graduated from the school. All I know is that there has to be a better alternative than Aledo ISD.
