100% Q: Is is possible for an anaconda or a python to be killed by a poisonous snake in its domain?
I have never heard of a python or anaconda being bitten and killed by a poisonous snake but also know that they are not immune to poison. They must share their domains with venomous species, but does anyone know of it actually happening?
A:I saw a video on the Discovery Channel once and they showed a large king cobra killing and eating a small reticulated python, so it's possible. But most of your non-snake eating venomous snakes, like vipers, tend to leave other snakes alone. I know here in the U.S., rattlers are often found sharing their hibernation dens with rat snakes, gopher snakes, and bull snakes. They don't view each other as a threat since they all pretty much eat warm blooded prey. Here's the video I was talking about, unfortunately this version is in German. Cool video nonetheless. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=usc3CPaakV4

100% Q: What does it mean if you dream of a snake?Well more like an anaconda to be exact!?
I dreamt a friend had this yellow anaconda as a pet and the more i tol him im afraid of snakes the more he found it funny and basically put the snake on me!
A:Dreams don't always have a meaning. Sometimes the brain coughs up an image from your vast memory bank. When you sleep, the brain fixes and recovers itself, so a lot of things may surface.

100% Q: How would you survive if an anaconda (or other huge snake) is after you?
It seems to me like you're totally fucked. I mean, you can't climb a tree, because they can climb. You're not gonna be faster than them, so you can't just run away. You can't wrestle with them, because they'll choke you. Jumping in the water is also out of the option, because the bastards can swim. I don't think there's any way to survive if one of those sons of bitches is after me. Any advice?
A:Actually, large snakes move very slowly except when striking. Anacondas are so large (up to 550 pounds) that they can barely move out of water (they are mostly aquatic, so that the water helps support their weight), and you could easily outdistance one just walking, never mind running. You could also escape by climbing a tree - all you'd have to do was reach a branch incapable of supporting the snake's weight. So provided the snake doesn't already have hold of you, it'd be fairly easy to escape, and generally snakes do not see humans as food - even the largest snake could only swallow a child or very small adult, due to the width of our shoulders, so it wouldn't waste its time attacking you in the first place. If it was striking at you in self-defence, it would bite and then let go, not coil around you and constrict you. You really don't have anything to worry about. You are more likely to be killed by lightning than by a snake. They are beautiful, fascinating animals - respect them, but don't fear them.

100% Q: i heard that there is a 100 foot anaconda snake in south america that has a 1000 dollar reward ?
this was i heard to be 100 feet long ,in the amazon in brazil are in the amazon rain forest
A:then you heard a tall or in this case a really long tale ,, if such a snake could possibly exist, if memory serves they are still trying to prove that they can grow to 40 or 45 feet , this reward would be a pittance compared to its value both financially and scientifically ,,
