A:Catamenial pneumothorax is a condition of collapsed lung occurring in conjunction with menstrual periods (catamenial refers to menstruation), believed to be caused primarily by endometriosis of the pleura (the membrane surrounding the lung). Catamenial Pneumothorax is the most common form of thoracic endometriosis syndrome, which also includes catamenial hemothorax, catamenial hemoptysis and endometriosis lung nodules, as well as some exceptional presentations.

100% Q: Anyone have an example of a letter to Local Businesses to donate items for charity raffle?
My girlfriend is running a raffle at her Pulmonary Rehab and all proceeds will be donated to the American Lung Association. This is the first time she's doing this, so she asked me to research this and to possibly get an example for her to use. Any help as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated!

100% Q: Which state is the worst polluted in America?
American Lung Association: State of the Air 2006: Best and Worst Cities .. California areas are ranked in the top #1, #2, & #3 in all of the topics & many more times in each topic. This report though isnt about states in general, but California areas come up so many times and in the top worst spots. But trying to look elsewhere on the internet many people mention Texas. I was just wondering does anyone know which state is the worst?
