all free people search engines

Ive tried all the free search engines and i cant afford to pay. any advice would be appreciated I have the name just i need the number and im currently in the military station 900 miles away

I'm trying to locate an old friend and I have no money. I've tried just about every search engine and internet white pages or directory that I've stumbled across. I was able to get a few cities in CO that he might be in, but I want to see if I can get a phone number or address. Anyone know of a search engine that provides complete listings for free?

my husband has not been able to see his daughter since she was 2. she is now 4. we have reason to believe that she and her mom and maternal grandmother are still in the general area but all search engines including SS# ones charge quite a bit and alot if your trying to run more than one or two names, looking for relatives. I've spent hours and hours looking for a truly free search engine, at least one that will point us in a close proximity before spending alot of money. Does anyone have any first hand knowledge that will help us. The longer it takes the harder it gets.
