A:As a general rule, you shouldn't wear jeans to an interview, even if their current employee dress code allows it. Sometimes jeans and other casual wear can suggest to the interviewer that you're not taking the job too seriously. Wear some pressed slacks and a collared button-down shirt. You can take the earrings out for 15 or 30 mins, the hole won't close up anywhere near that fast.
