A:I work for Stater Bros. in Southern California. I do not know about other states, but here in California the companies can test for drugs during the hiring process. After that, drug tests are only performed when an on the job injury occurs. If a worker is tested positive for drugs and opts to go through rehab on company dime, then the company can do random drug tests on that employee. Just a side note, an employee can also be required to be drug tested if they damage more than three hundred dollars of product. This is per union contract.

A:That's news to me. I live in Oklahoma and would love to have Publix here. It looks like they are buying some of Albertson's Florida stores but no mention of Oklahoma. A:Albertsons got bought by SUPERVALU Each area is closing a different amount of stores. The best way to check is to go to the online website of your local major newspaper and search if for albertsons and close. This is how I know which stores are closing in my area. It does not seem immediately obvious on the Albertsons website which stores they are closing.
