Tell the sales person that he/she has one chance to give you the best price on the vehicle. Say that you are looking at the same car at another dealer. Tell them that whoever gives you the best price gets the deal. Make it clear that they can not call you in a day and make an offer of a better price because you are planning on buying a car TODAY, so they have one chance to "earn your business," as they all say. (I hate that phrase.) Looking up the Matrix for my zip code, I have a feeling you are being overly optimistic if you want the car fro $2,000 off MSRP. It suggests that there is only about a 4% margin in the Matrix price. This is actually pretty common in less expensive cars. A:I have seen this video before and it sound real promising.I think both are great possiblities.I would like to see how each would do in a 4wd vehicle,as I live in Northern Michigan,U.S.A.!I don't know if you have seen the Hydrogen studies such as the one called, Water4Gas,but this too is another possiblity,and you can make it yourself,if your handy.You can read about it and how to do t from the Water4Gas site.The thing I like is the fact that all those other people say hydrogen is too dangerous,etc.etc.If they can come up with a way to burn it they way they do with this system,then hydrogen is very safe,because your only producing it when the car is running,i.e-electricity is turned on to the hydrogen producing unit.When it's done onboard in this manner,then that eliminates all the other cons of the storage problems and safty problems.Their Water4Gas system might not be the total answer,but I believe there is an answer using this type of system.I have to say!School girl,you should be the last person to criticise someone else.
